Who we are

Prisoners For Christ Ministries (“we,” “the ministry”) operates www.prisonersforchristministries.org. We record and share testimonies of Jesus from prison, recovery, and brokenness, and we invite people to pray, give, order a signed book, or ask Michael Gay Parker to speak.

What this policy covers

It covers this website and the forms on it. It does not cover independent stores or platforms we link to, including Amazon, Printify, YouTube, Instagram, or Zeffy’s donation pages. Those services have their own policies.

Information you give us

Depending on the form, you may send:

• Name, email address, and sometimes a phone number
• Messages, prayer requests, and speaking-invitation details
• Written testimonies, a public display name, and a publication consent
• A video file or a YouTube link for a testimony, stored for ministry review
• Shipping name, address, and notes when you request a signed copy of the book
• Meeting time and notes when you book a conversation

Prayer requests are treated as private ministry correspondence. They are not posted on the public site. Testimonies are reviewed before anything is published, and sending one does not guarantee it will appear.

Information collected automatically

Our host (Vercel) and security tools receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in server logs used to run and protect the site. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising trackers on this site.

Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Video testimonies use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed. Giving uses Zeffy’s embed. Those companies may receive technical data when their tools load. See the Cookie Notice.

How we use information

• To read and answer the message you sent
• To pray, follow up when you asked us to, or schedule a meeting or speaking date
• To review testimonies and, if approved, publish the public name and story you allowed
• To fulfill a signed-book request and email you about payment and shipping
• To send a confirmation email that we received your form
• To keep the site secure and working

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists.

Who can see it

Ministry staff who sign in to the private admin area can see form submissions, orders, and unpublished testimonies. Confirmation and notice emails are sent through our email provider (Resend) to the ministry inbox and, when we send a receipt, to the address you typed.

Processors that help us run the site, only as needed for that job:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Neon — database storage
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot check, and private video file storage (R2)
• Resend — transactional email
• Zeffy — donations you start on the Give page (payment details stay with Zeffy)
• YouTube — if you watch an embedded testimony or submit a YouTube link

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect someone from serious harm, or to defend the ministry. We do not volunteer prayer-request text to the public.

Giving

Public donations on this site are processed by Zeffy on the campaign “Donate to Change Lives for Christ.” Card numbers and bank details are entered on Zeffy’s systems, not stored in our database. Zeffy’s privacy policy governs that checkout.

How long we keep it

We keep form records and unpublished media while they are useful for ministry follow-up, publishing decisions, orders, or legal and security needs, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of work. Published testimonies remain public until we take them down. You may ask us to remove a published story or to delete a submission that has not been posted; email prisonersforchristministries@gmail.com.

Children

This site is for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Kids Ministry page does not include a form. Do not submit a child’s name, story, or contact details without a parent or guardian.

Your choices

You can use the public pages without sending a form. If you send a form, you can ask us to correct or delete what you sent, or to take down a published testimony we posted with your consent. We may retain a limited record if we must (for example, an order already shipped, or a legal hold).

We do not sell personal information as that phrase is used in U.S. state privacy laws. If you are in a state that grants additional rights, email us and we will honor a verifiable request as the law requires.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. Staff tools sit behind a sign-in. Video uploads go to a private bucket until someone on the team publishes them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means the revised notice applies to later visits and later forms.
